Occupational Safety and Health Policy

The management of Exeed Geotextile – Sole Proprietorship L.L.C is committed to operate in a safe and responsible manner to ensure safety and health of our employees, our customers, visitors, and the community surrounding our facility. We will continually work towards the identification and elimination of OSH hazards & risk pertaining to our operation, control of unsafe acts/ behaviours, exposures that may cause ill health and ensuring compliance with  Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System Framework “ADPHC/ADOSH-SF” and all other applicable UAE legal requirements.

The Organization establishes OSH objectives & targets to fulfil OSH policy by providing all appropriate OSH sources and to continuously improve OSH management system.

Our set OSH Objectives & targets are:

• Comply with all legislations and regulations, as per Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System Framework “ADPHC/ADOSH-SF” and UAE Legal requirements applicable to Emirates Filaments Factory business activities.
• Ensure establishment, measurement, assessment and reviewing of OSH target & goals. Our goal is: “maintaining a workplace environment that is incidents free” all department heads are accountable for assuring the means to accomplish this goal and employees, including contractor employees, must contribute to this goal.
• Conducting business in a safe and health full manner, which includes the prevention of injuries and illness, the control of hazardous material, and the protection of the workplace environment. This will be accomplished through leadership and sustained commitment by utilizing the best available technology/resources.
• Provision of on-going documented OSH education/training to raise the awareness and abilities of employees to perform their duties safely in a manner that promotes the health and well-being of the individual and the workplace environment.
• Provide adequate training and information programs to our employees & enhance of workers upon worker participation, and workers at all levels should be encouraged to report hazardous situations that preventive measures can be put in place.
• Ensuring procedures, program and guidelines are in place to support the OSHMS & providing the necessary OSH resources for the implementation of the management system.
• Foster openness and dialog on OSH matters with Our stakeholders, both internal and external, communicating OSH policy, risk, performance, and progress.
• Ensure continual improvement of OSH performance and periodic reviewing of OSH policy.

Development and periodically reviewing of OSH procedures, including the risk register, to ensure appropriateness and relevant to updated legal requirements.
